Do you have parking?
Yes, we have a large shared lot with the Dry Cleaners and Expert Driving School.
Do you have to be a member of the gym to do classes or personal training?
No but you receive 30% off classes and 15% off personal training so the membership is essentially free
LOCATION & ACCESS
Where is Anywhere Fitness located?
We’re located at 7650 W Touhy Ave, Chicago, IL 60631—right on the border of Edison Park and Park Ridge. Our boutique studio is easily accessible from both neighborhoods.
What are your hours of operation?
We’re open early and stay open late to fit your schedule:
- Weekdays: 5:30 AM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Is there parking available?
Yes! We offer free parking in the lot right next to our facility. No meters, no hassle—just show up and train.
What neighborhoods do you serve?
We primarily serve Edison Park, Park Ridge, Norwood Park, and surrounding Chicago neighborhoods. Many of our members also come from Niles, Harwood Heights, and the greater Northwest Side.

What is personal training and who is it for?
Personal training is one-on-one coaching with a certified trainer who creates a customized workout plan for your specific goals. It’s perfect for individuals over 40, those new to weight training, or anyone wanting faster results with expert guidance and accountability.
What is small group training?
Small group training combines personalized attention with the energy and affordability of group workouts. With a maximum of 4 people per session, you’ll train alongside other motivated members while still receiving individualized coaching and form corrections.
How many people are in a small group training session?
We cap our small group sessions at 4 people maximum. This ensures you get personal attention from your trainer while still benefiting from the motivation and camaraderie of training with others.
What types of group fitness classes do you offer?
We offer a diverse schedule of classes to keep your workouts fresh and challenging:

Do you offer virtual or online training?
Yes! We offer virtual personal training options for clients who prefer to work out from home or are located outside the Chicago area. Our virtual training delivers the same expert coaching and customized programming—just through your screen.
What equipment do you have at the gym?
Our studio is fully equipped with everything you need for a complete workout:
- Squat racks
- Full range of weight machines
- TRX suspension trainers
- Kettlebells
- Dumbbells (full rack)
- Cardio machines
- Olympic lifting platform
- Outdoor training area
We maintain all equipment to the highest standards so you can train safely and effectively.

How do I get started at Anywhere Fitness?

Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! We offer a complimentary consultation where you’ll meet with one of our coaches, tour the facility, and discuss your fitness goals. Please reach out to see if you meet the requirements for our introductory offers.
What should I bring to my first workout?
Come prepared with:
- A balanced meal eaten 1–2 hours before your session
- Comfortable workout clothing
- Athletic shoes (clean gym shoes preferred)
- A water bottle
We’ll take care of the rest. Just show up ready to work!
Is Anywhere Fitness good for beginners?
Absolutely! We specialize in helping beginners feel confident and supported from day one. Our trainers will teach you proper form and technique, and every workout is customized to your current fitness level. You’ll never be thrown into something you’re not ready for.

Are your trainers certified?
Yes—every trainer at Anywhere Fitness is fully certified. We take our credentials seriously because your safety and results depend on it.
What certifications do your trainers hold?

Can I choose my own trainer?
Yes! You have access to all of our trainers through our Mindbody booking system. You can try different trainers to find the right fit, or stick with your favorite—it’s completely up to you.

Is Anywhere Fitness good for people over 40?
Yes—this is one of our specialties. We work with many clients over 40 who are new to strength training or returning to fitness after time away. Our programs focus on building strength safely, improving mobility, and helping you feel better than you have in years.
Can you help me lose weight?
Yes. Our trainers design programs that combine strength training, cardio, and lifestyle guidance to help you lose fat, build lean muscle, and improve your overall body composition. We focus on sustainable results—not quick fixes that don’t last.
How soon will I see results?
Results depend on your commitment to the process and your effort in the gym. Most clients notice improvements in energy, strength, and how their clothes fit within the first few weeks. Visible physical changes typically follow within 4–8 weeks of consistent training. We’ll track your progress and adjust your program as you improve.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Do you work with people recovering from injuries?
Yes. We have trainers who specialize in Corrective Exercise and Post-Rehabilitation training. If you’re recovering from an injury or surgery, we’ll work with you (and your healthcare provider if needed) to help you rebuild strength safely and get back to doing what you love.
Do you offer training for athletes?
Yes! Our Athlete Performance program is designed for athletes of all levels—from high school competitors to weekend warriors. We focus on improving speed, strength, agility, power, and sport-specific skills to help you perform at your best.
Do you offer senior fitness programs?
Yes, we offer senior-focused small group classes designed specifically for older adults. These classes emphasize functional movement, balance, strength, and mobility—helping you stay active, independent, and feeling great at any age.
